Kanekalon is the synthetic fibre used in the manufacture of some of Nigeria’s popular hair attachments and extensions.
Over the years, we have grown the Kanekalon brand through various brand-building and consumer education activities. This includes a hair beauty pageant, ‘Miss Kanekalon’, targeted at empowering African women. The emerging ‘Miss Kanekalon’ is awarded a brand ambassadorship and is engaged on a number of platforms through the year following her winning the competition.
We usually like to end the year on a high with “Arigato”, a stylist appreciation event targeted at the Hair and Beauty industry. The event ends the year’s marketing activities on a high note and acts as the launching pad for heightened brand activities in the year to come.
